Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Picsmob covering accounts, credits, the content you upload, and what the generated results can be used for.
Effective September 20, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Picsmob, including the marketing site at picsmob.com and the studio application. By creating an account, buying credits, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you are using Picsmob on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" in these terms means that company.
2. Who we are
Picsmob is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. You can reach us at [email protected] for any question about these terms.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher, to use Picsmob. The service is built for commercial product photography and is not designed for or directed at children.
You can sign up with an email address and password or with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
One person or company, one account. Do not share an account across organisations, and do not create multiple accounts to claim signup credits or referral bonuses more than once.
4. What the service does
Picsmob takes product images you upload and runs them through editing and generation tools — background removal, generated backgrounds, object replacement, shadows, colour adjustment, virtual try-on, graphics layouts, and short video formats. Results are saved to your library.
Some of these tools call third-party AI providers on your behalf. Section 5 of our Privacy Policy explains exactly which providers receive your images and why.
We add, change, and retire tools over time. A tool marked "coming soon" in the interface is not part of what you are paying for until it ships.
5. Credits, pricing, and payment
Picsmob runs on credits rather than a subscription. You buy a pack of credits, and each tool run deducts a published number of credits from your balance. The cost of every tool is shown in the interface before you run it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply in your country, which is calculated at checkout.
How the credit ledger works:
- Credits do not expire while your account is open and in good standing.
- Credits are reserved when a job starts and charged when it completes successfully.
- If a job fails, the reserved credits are automatically returned to your balance. You are not charged for a result you did not receive.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- New accounts and successful referrals may receive bonus credits. These are promotional, may be withdrawn if the promotion is abused, and are not refundable in cash.
We may change pack prices at any time. A price change never affects credits you have already bought.
6. No refunds
All sales are final. Credits are delivered to your balance immediately on payment and are available to spend at once, so a credit purchase cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for money once the payment has gone through.
By completing checkout you ask us to make the credits available to you immediately, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose any right of cancellation or withdrawal that would otherwise apply to a digital purchase. Where mandatory consumer law in your country grants you a right that cannot be waived, that law takes precedence over this section.
What you get instead of a refund is a credit guarantee. If a job fails, the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance automatically — you are never charged for a result you did not receive. If a fault on our side consumed credits and the automatic return did not happen, write to [email protected] and we will restore those credits to your balance.
Credits never expire while your account is open, so an unused balance is not lost value. It stays available until you spend it.
Dissatisfaction with the creative quality of an AI-generated result is not grounds for a refund. Generation is probabilistic and outputs vary — that is the nature of the product, and the reason every tool publishes its credit cost before you run it. Try the free and low-cost tools first to see whether Picsmob suits your catalogue before buying a larger pack.
The one case we do correct is a billing error: a duplicate charge for the same pack, or a charge you did not authorise. Email [email protected] within 14 days with your account email and the receipt, and we will reverse it.
You can stop using Picsmob at any time and delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account does not refund unspent credits, and unspent credits cannot be transferred to another account.
7. Your content and the rights you grant us
You keep ownership of everything you upload. We claim no ownership over your product photography, your brand assets, or your prompts.
To run the service we need a limited licence from you: you grant Picsmob a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, and process your uploads and outputs for the sole purpose of operating and supporting the service for you. This licence includes sending your images to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy so that a tool can run. It ends when you delete the content or your account.
We do not use your images to train our own models, and we do not sell them. We do not publish your work in marketing material unless you give us separate written permission.
You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it, and that processing it through Picsmob does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
8. People, models, and try-on
This section matters more than most. Picsmob can place garments and accessories on generated people, and can produce short videos featuring a persona. That capability carries obligations.
- Do not upload a photograph of a real, identifiable person unless you have that person's documented, informed consent to use their image this way, including for AI generation and commercial use.
- Do not use Picsmob to place a real person's face or likeness into content they have not agreed to, including public figures.
- Do not present a generated person as a real customer, reviewer, or endorser. Depending on where you sell, doing so may breach advertising and consumer-protection law.
- Preset personas provided inside Picsmob are licensed for use in content you create with the service. You may not extract them for use elsewhere.
You are solely responsible for consent and for how you label AI-generated imagery in your own advertising. Several jurisdictions now require disclosure. We do not provide legal advice on that, and compliance is yours.
9. Generated results
As between you and Picsmob, the images and videos a tool produces for you are yours to use, including commercially, subject to your compliance with these terms and with the payment obligations in section 5.
Two limits are worth stating plainly. First, AI outputs are generated from models we do not control, and similar prompts can produce similar results for different users, so we cannot promise your result is unique. Second, the legal status of copyright in AI-generated material differs by country and is still settling. We make no representation that a generated image is protectable by copyright anywhere.
Generated results are not a substitute for accurate product representation. If a generated scene, colour, or fit differs from the physical product, you are responsible for not misleading your customers with it.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Picsmob to:
- Upload or generate sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a minor in any way.
- Upload or generate non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content depicting a real identifiable person without consent.
- Create content that harasses, defames, or impersonates a person or organisation.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, design rights, or trade dress, including recreating another brand's protected assets.
- Produce content that deceives — fake endorsements, fabricated before-and-after claims, counterfeit product listings.
- Generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal goods.
- Circumvent credit charges, probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape the service, or run automated load against it.
- Resell or white-label Picsmob's generation capacity as your own service without a written agreement with us.
Our AI providers apply their own content filters on top of these rules. A request may be refused by a provider even where these terms would allow it.
11. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Picsmob available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, and incidents happen. We offer no uptime commitment and no service credits for downtime.
We may add, change, or remove features. If we retire a tool you have unspent credits for, those credits remain valid for the other tools in the service.
12. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your library and personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, particularly section 8 or section 10, that is used fraudulently, or that creates legal risk for us or for other users. Where the breach is not serious and can be fixed, we will normally contact you first.
If we terminate your account for a breach of these terms, unspent credits are forfeited and are not refunded.
If we discontinue Picsmob entirely, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and keep the service running during that period so you can spend your remaining credits and export your library. Credits unspent at the end of that period expire without a cash refund.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
Picsmob is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that results will meet your expectations, be accurate, or be free of error.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including consumer rights you have in your own country.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Picsmob and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost sales, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Picsmob and its operators from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from content you upload or generate, from your use of generated results in advertising, or from your breach of these terms — in particular a claim that you lacked the rights or consent required by sections 7 and 8.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [COURTS], and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove your right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence where local law guarantees it.
Before filing a claim, please email [email protected]. Most issues are resolved faster in a thread than in a court.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. For material changes — anything affecting credits, refunds, your content rights, or liability — we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Continuing to use Picsmob after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and contact us about unspent credits.
18. Contact
